Terms of Use

Using the website

These terms govern your use of the Premier Graphics website, customer accounts and Online Design Studio. You must have the legal capacity to agree to them. If you use the service for a business or another person, you must have authority to act for them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information connected with the service.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not use another person’s account without authorization or attempt to access artwork that does not belong to you. Features can depend on verification, availability and reasonable usage limits.

Artwork you provide

You retain the rights you already hold in your logos, photographs, illustrations, text and other materials. Uploading them does not transfer those rights to Premier Graphics. You are responsible for having the copyright, trademark, privacy and other permissions needed for the use you request, including permission to use images of people.

You grant Premier Graphics a nonexclusive permission to host, copy, convert, display and process the materials you submit, and to use service providers for those purposes, as needed to operate your library, create requested previews and provide services you request. This permission does not give us ownership of your existing artwork or a general right to use it in unrelated advertising.

Design previews and production review

The Online Design Studio creates concepts for discussion and product planning. Previews may contain inaccurate text, colors, proportions, placement or other details. They are not production-ready artwork, proofs approved for manufacture, or guarantees that a design can be printed, embroidered or installed as shown.

Premier’s designers must review the design and production requirements before an order proceeds. Confirm wording, spelling, contact information, artwork permissions, dimensions, materials and placement with us. Screen colors and generated product appearances may differ from the finished item. We do not promise that a preview is unique, exclusive or eligible for copyright protection.

Use of Premier previews and design files

The website provides access to previews for evaluating and developing a project with Premier Graphics. It does not provide a download or export service for generated artwork. Unless Premier gives written permission, you agree not to download, extract, reproduce, redistribute, resell or send Premier-provided previews or design files to another producer, except as permitted by applicable law.

This restriction does not take away your preexisting rights in your own uploaded materials or rights held by other owners. Premier retains the rights it owns in its original design work, website and materials; this statement does not claim rights that do not exist or belong to someone else. Any transfer or license of final artwork, and any delivery of editable or production files, must be set out in a separate written agreement. Payment for a physical product does not by itself promise delivery of design source files.

Orders and professional design

Customers may request professional design help without creating a design in the Online Design Studio. Creating a preview, saving a collection, sending a design quote request or viewing a product does not place an order, approve production or establish a final price or delivery date. Quotes, production approvals, deposits, payment terms, refunds and delivery arrangements will be addressed separately when a project is accepted.

The current website has no checkout or payment processing. When online messaging is available, the project form sends inquiries to our team by email. Real-time chat is not available yet; the chat button directs you to our contact page. A sending confirmation means our email service accepted the inquiry; it does not confirm staff review, a quote, an order or a production date. We will follow up using the contact details you provide. If online messaging is unavailable, use the listed phone number or email address.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not submit unlawful or infringing material, malicious files, deceptive content or information you are not authorized to disclose. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, extract other customers’ information or automate requests in a way that disrupts availability. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security concerns or violations of these terms.

We aim to provide a useful service, but availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Save your work using the available controls and keep independent copies of your original uploads. Unsaved work may be lost. The studio is not an archival or backup service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Outside services and changes

Google sign-in, Google Maps and other linked services have their own terms. We may change website features or these terms. Updated terms will show an effective date, and material changes will receive additional notice where required. A separate written agreement for an accepted project controls where it conflicts with these website terms.
