Privacy Policy

Who we are and what this policy covers

Premier Graphics operates this website and its Online Design Studio. This policy explains how we handle information connected with website accounts, image libraries, design collections, customer inquiries and related support. It does not describe every record we may hold for separately arranged purchases or services.

Information we receive

Account information includes your email address, account identifier, sign-in method, verification status and account activity. Your customer profile includes your required name, address, phone number and preferred contact method (phone call, email or text message), and optional company name. For email and password accounts, our sign-in provider, Supabase, processes your credentials and the contact details supplied during email registration. We do not ask for your Google password.

Artwork information includes files you upload, file names and sizes, image previews, design instructions, selected products, saved collection names and revision history. Uploaded images can contain personal information, such as names, faces or contact details. Please upload only information you are authorized to provide.

Our hosting, sign-in and email providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and error or delivery records, to operate and protect their services. If you contact us through a project form, email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to provide. Website inquiries can include your name, email address, company, phone number, selected service, message and attached artwork. Studio feedback forms collect your message and email address, plus your name if supplied, and send them to our team through the same inquiry service. We use feedback to improve the studio and may follow up using your email. You do not need an account to submit an inquiry or feedback.

Google sign in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your account identifier, email address and basic profile information, which may include your name and profile image. Supabase stores account and identity information for authentication. We use this information to create or connect your Premier account and give you access to your saved artwork and collections.

Google sign-in does not grant this website access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar. You can remove the connection in your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not itself delete your Premier account or saved artwork; contact us if you also want those removed.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate customers, maintain saved artwork and collections, create requested product previews, send account confirmation and password reset emails, respond to project inquiries and support requests, troubleshoot problems and protect the service. Your customer library and saved collections are associated with your account and are not published as a public gallery by the website.

When you send designs for a quote from the Online Design Studio, your project is saved to your account. The selected preview versions, requested quantities, notes and saved customer details (name, company if supplied, email, address, phone number and preferred contact method) are sent through Resend to our sales team’s business email inbox for quoting and review. Your contact preference is used for questions about your projects and quotes. The emailed previews and contact details remain part of the inquiry record even if you later edit the saved project or your profile.

Service providers and disclosures

Supabase provides account authentication. Resend delivers account emails and website inquiries, including inquiry attachments, to our business email inbox. It processes sender and recipient addresses, email content, attachments and delivery information. Our Google Workspace email service receives and stores inquiries and our replies. Our current hosting uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to serve the website and store customer profiles, uploaded files and saved collections.

When you request a product preview, the Online Design Studio sends your design instructions and selected image previews to OpenAI for automated image generation. Revisions may include the current preview and additional selected artwork. Uploading an image to your library alone does not request image generation. The generation request does not separately include your Google profile or account email; personal information you place in artwork or instructions is included with that content.

Providers process this information to supply their services. Their contracts, settings and applicable policies govern their processing and retention. We may also disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Cookies and outside services

Essential cookies maintain your sign-in session and support secure account access. Blocking them can prevent account features from working. The website may use local browser storage to remember interface preferences. The current website does not include advertising pixels or a separately installed visitor analytics service.

Google supplies public reviews, business details and reviewer images. Loading content from Google can disclose technical request information to Google. Following Google Maps, directions or social-media links opens outside services with their own privacy policies. Our website does not request your device location to show the business locations.

Storage and deletion

Saved accounts, customer profiles, library images and design collections remain stored so customers can return to them. You can update your contact details in My account. Profiles, library images and design collections are linked by your account identifier. The current website does not automatically expire saved collections. Deleting an image in your library removes that library file and its stored preview, but copies already saved in design collections remain separate.

Website inquiry content and attachments are sent to our business inbox rather than added to your customer artwork library. Email providers and our mailbox retain correspondence and attachments according to their settings and our business needs. The website keeps delivery identifiers and keyed hashes used to prevent duplicate messages and limit abuse; records older than two days are removed when the next configured contact request is processed. We do not store the message text or attachments in that delivery log.

Contact sales@mysigndesign.com to request access, correction or deletion of account information, saved collections or their artwork copies. There is currently no self-service account or collection deletion button. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or an existing business transaction. Provider logs and backups can have separate retention schedules; deleting a live record does not necessarily immediately erase every provider backup.

Security and your choices

We use encrypted website connections, authenticated sessions and account-based access checks. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your original artwork files and protect your sign-in credentials. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law; contact us to make a request.

The website is intended for business and general customer use, not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Updates and contact
